Embroidery

Embroidering on apparel lets you add long-lasting logos and designs to your apparel, creating professional looking work wear, uniforms, or sports gear. There is not a limit to the amount of colors (the different threads) that can be used on a design. It is reliable, looks incredible, and can really take your apparel or accessory items to the next level.

An embroidery machine does require a specific file type, one that varies by machine brand. The file is created using a process called Digitizing- converting an existing piece of artwork, for example a company logo, into a stitch file that an embroidery machine can then read and use to replicate the design on a garment. Digitizing is it's own form of design, and there can be multiple ways to digitize the same design to create different looks. The size of the design often dictates what kind of stitch patterns can be used.

At Premier Printing, we most often use a polyester thread, which is resistant to shrinking, fading, and bleeding. We also can use a variety of different backings and other embroidery tools to help designs look their best on many different types of fabric.
